At Victrola, we want you to be completely satisfied with your audio experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select your reason for return.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it and securely pack your turntable or speaker in its original packaging.

  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring that all original accessories and manuals are included inside the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
